We ship first class, via USPS within 3-5 business days. When possible, we use Etsy postage which includes a tracking number. If for some reason we are unable buy Etsy postage, we will email a post office tracking number.
For hoodies, or orders over the 16 ounce weight limit for first class, we use flat rate shipping whenever possible.
International packages will have a tracking number for the U.S. bit of the journey, and a customs number for the rest. Also, the buyer is responsible for any customs costs incurred.
International packages seem to take weeks. Like 3 weeks. Or more. Really. Just so you know.
We are not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any tariffs or taxes... it is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.
